- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I looked into Northwestern Mutual for a financial adviser, and did not find anything good here. I was setup to talk with Michael, who seemed nice at first, but I decided to not continue working with him after what I had learned about him. A quick Google search doesn't take long and revealed his background with his own bankruptcy. I cannot trust someone who can't manage his own money! Steer clear of this branch of Northwestern Mutual, they hire people with their own financial troubles, the exact kind of people who shouldn't be giving others advice or advisement on their finances! He isn't the only representative at this branch with financial issues of his own, but that's as far as I want to go here.By Reviewer Wilmington, April 20, 2017
