- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service. Tried to stop in on Saturday for the second time because the pin was falling out of my watch after it was resized incorrectly the first time. Looked up the hours online and their website said they didn't close till 7. Showed up at 5 and they were already closing for the day. After explaining I was only in need of a pin being fixed from the first time they resized it and didn't put the pin in correctly and that I lived on the other side of town they still refused to correct the issue. I was told if I had showed up 10 min earlier they could have helped me, even though the sign on their door indicated they don't close till 7. They didn't even know what a Swiss Army Victorinox watch was when I went the first time...that should have been a clear indicator that they didn't know anything about watches. Will not be returning. Would not recommend Snowden's to anyone.By Steven Toth, July 28, 2017
