  The carrier that delivers to my house does not deliver packages, if it does not fit into my mail box. The excuses I get are; Do trees obscure the view of your house from the road? Is you drive over a certain length? No to both! I complain. My packages have been left at my neighbors house. They have been taken back to the post office when I saw them drive past my house, waiting on a package I knew was out for delivery, and no notice left in my box. I have tracked packages to learn they have so several failed attempts at delivery and I haven't received a notice at all, my husband is retired and at home almost every single day. I am not happy that most of my packages are mailed by UPS and then turn over to USPS. USPS tells the sender they have been delivered when they have not. USPS reported to a sender that 2 packages were delivered to my house on Memorial Day, How did that happen they didn't run Monday? If it was my choice I would never use USPS to deliver to my house. Personally I consider my carrier a liar, when she manipulates the reporting practices the way she does. It does no good to complain, her a$$ is covered by the office she works out of.

  Garbage, lazy ass workers only one employee is capable of working the front so you wait for 45 mins in a line. Cancel your plans for the day if you plan on coming here because you'll be here all damn day. I wish I could give them negative stars.

  Unbelievably bad delivery service ... have lost count of how many neighbors' Amazon packages were put on our doorstep & had to walk them over to avoid sending them back. Two neighbors have received ours. Our addresses are clearly marked in front of homes & on boxes.

  For the most part my experience with this post office has been either really good or really bad. Recently I had a package delivered to our old address which is in the area of this post office. It was sent by mistake, I called about 20-25 times in the span of 4 hours to try and figure out where to pick up the package and what to do and the line was busy the entire time. The next day was a holiday, so they were closed then the next day I tried to call again and it was still busy. Today when I called the package had been forwarded but they could not tell to where. I shared that I tried to call sooner and that this could have been prevented, they agreed and told me to file a complaint. So while they were nice and helpful, it took 3 days to get up with them. Terrible.
