- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a BB&T customer for over twenty years, and this branch is the worst I have ever been to. Consistently slow, making mistakes, and not friendly at all (except maybe a little fake friendly occasionally in a very slow manner). They ignore you when you go through the drive through for the first two or three minutes while doing other things with no customer that can wait. It is amazing how different branches of the same bank can be so different. The Landfall location is wonderful!By David Collins, May 04, 2017
