- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst water company I have ever dealt with. They are the only water supplier for the City of Wilmington and it gives them free reign to do as they will, without no repercussions. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This locally government run public utility is downright evil. Customer service is rude, supervisors are condescending, and the the board are greedy. They've been accused of overbilling, they've lied about equipment, and now they've allowed customers to drink contaminated water without notification. Due to the setup of the company, there's no one to report them to - other than the board that manages them. It is a government run company without any checks and balances to prevent predatory practices - such as rate hikes during water contamination. This is disgusting beyond measure.By E. C. S.
