- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would NOT recommend Mr. Deaver to anyone...... I have called him twice a day if not more for nearly 3 weeks and still no response, so I had to pop up to see him and at that point he stated that he would call me back at the close of business... Im still waiting....His secretary LeAnn is rude and short and seems as though I am bothering her when I call. Mr. Deaver as well as the secretary act as if my husbands case was not of importance and that we were an inconvenience to them. My husband is now serving a sentence that Mr. Deaver stated he would be home in 9 months for a misdemeanor DUI charge but, come to find out that was a lie and he may have to serve 20 months. I think they both feel I will be going away but, I will be fighting for my husbands rights and his freedom even if I have to contact people on my own... Truth be told for the money we spent we could have represented ourselves.... Do yourself a favor, save your money and find yourself another attorney.By Crystal McDuffie, December 02, 2016
