  Ok, this is a revised post. I called this firm to see if they can even represent me in my case which doesn't even have a date set. All I needed is a stand in since I'm out of state, in a case that is not being contested. I explained my situation when I called and was told I had to pay 200 bucks for 90 minutes which is not at all what I needed. I just wanted to know if it was something they could do and maybe a quick extenuated cost. Refusing to pay just to possible get a "sorry, we can't help you", I decided to go elsewhere. It is my opinion the experience was bad because in my case I just needed a ya or nay, and I believe it to be ridiculous to pay $200 just to find out that answer. If it was something more serious that needed time for me to discuss my options and the case details that's one thing. But just to ask if they provide such a service is ridiculous. And yes, comparing such practices with other types of services, thus sort of practice gives off a bad image. But this is my opinion, do feel free to make your own choices. And yes, I have spoken with two attorneys so far that told me free of charge they did not work with such cases as mine.
