  One of the many reasons why the American public doesn't trust our police departments is because the example given by Kenneth Becker. The man had the nerve to lie and bully a civilian. Having officers stand by him and watch him lie and bully the civilian is what makes it worst! And too bad, nothing will happen to the officer, not even a slap on the wrist. I understand police have a difficult job, however, not once was the officer in danger in this situation. Continue this trend of power hunger, good 'ole' boys club, and America's police will continue to be the laughing stock of the world.

  "Internal investigation." Ahahahahahahahaha meaning those officers get to walk free with out any repercussion for their disgraceful actions. Because the police chief will cover for them since their his buddies and all... nothing I haven't seen before! What a joke. Like seriously? A new law that's brand new... "I know your an attorney and all and have way more education Than probably all of us put together about law but I'm gonna try to make you believe this dumb ass new law anyways" .... idiots

  Corrupt bunch of fools trying to make the lives of law abiding students hell. It is nothing more then a source of state income and penny pinching, focusing on real crimes woukd be a good a round facing the largest opposition epeidimc is far more importsng the cashing in on teen drinking tickets.

  Wilmington Police Sergeant Kenneth Becker, clearly, likes to bully citizens, fabricate laws and conduct illegal searches. He was caught on video doing it this time, but one can only imagine how many times he did it before. Heck, that's probably how he got his promotion. And not one of his fellow officers ever said a word about it all these years. I guess that tells us all we need to know about what types of officers and people they are.
