  Mr. Richards should definitely be your choice when filing bankruptcy! After sitting through the bankruptcy proceedings, I can definitely tell you be careful who you select, the time to realize you picked the wrong attorney is before you get to your hearing. Unlike some law firms who use paralegals to handle your case, you can sleep better knowing that you have a licensed attorney instead of a paralegal and the attorney SPECIALIZES in bankruptcy. Mr. Richards is extremely knowledgeable and works to get you through bankruptcy as quick and cheap as allowable. I had several questions and changes and he was helpful and kind each time. His wife also works in the office with him and they are a great team! During the proceedings, some attorneys barely knew their clients it seemed and their proceedings were considerably longer. Although Mr. Richards had the most clients there, all of his clients breezed through the hearing quickly, you could tell he was prepared and had handled everything with the trustee that was needed prior to the hearing. Prior to coming to Mr. Richards, I had discussed bankruptcy at another office and I was dealing with a paralegal, a lot of the information I was told was incorrect. I am glad I waited and filed with Mr. Richards as my attorney

  Thoughtful, kind.. treated us in a respectful and understanding way...guided us through the entire process and we felt he was a support and partner rather tan our attorney. Can't say enough positive things...he is also former military which meant a lot to us. He demonstrated integrity, honesty, and commitment for our good.
